Licensing Information

Non-commercial Use

All images are made available for non-commercial use under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 2.0 Generic license. In basic terms, this means you can use any of these images free of charge for personal, educational or any use where you are not charging for a product or service which includes the image. If you use an image, you must attribute ownership to "Dave Wilson, WebArtz Photography" and may not alter or modify the image (contact us for permission first if you want to do this). If used on a web site, a link from the image to "http://photography.webartz.com" would also be greatly appreciated.

While these images are available free for non-commercial use, if you would like high quality art prints, framed or unframed, or greeting cards, these can be purchased here.

Commercial Use

These images are available for use on commercial web sites for a flat fee of $60 (US) per image licensed. This license allows use of a single image at resolutions of 1280x1024 pixels or lower on a single top level domain (www.yourdomain.com). Please contact us for full terms and conditions or to request a copy of our license agreement to review.

Charges for print use of these images vary depending upon the publication type, number of impressions and duration of license. Please contact us with specifics of your project and we will send a price quote and draft license agreement for your review.

Please remember that photography is intellectual property and use of an image outside of these terms is a form of theft.
